CURRENTLY CLOSED (2024)  The Farm Shop came up with the concept of Johnny's Yorkshire Pudding Wraps.  Johnny aka, John, makes the most fantastic Yorkshire Puddings and for a few years now friends have said that he should do something to sell them.  So he made a way of cooking the traditional Yorkshire Pudding and then flattening them.  They now resemble a "wrap" and we attend Markets selling them, filled with Bacon, Steak and Onions, Roast Vegetables, Goats Cheese and Spinach and other fillings.  Price range from €4 for the vegetarian wrap to €7 for the steak wrap.... All meat is locally sourced in Ballaghaderreen from Regan's Butchers (Paul Webb).  We are fully approved by the HSE to grow the vegetables, cook the wraps and vegetables at our Kitchen in Ballaghaderreen and then reheat that element at the Market and freshly cook your meat while you wait.... delicious.  Johnny's Yorkshire Pudding Wraps are also available for parties and local events.
