We know a thing or two about Cheese... it isn't our first (or second) time around the block (sorry for the pun) when it comes to selling Cheese.  We love it, but we love it fresh and tasty.   We have a base stock of:
Soft goats, Hard goats, Smoked, Irish vintage cheddar, Gubbeen, Irish, English, Spanish . We have some beautiful artisan suppliers like the "Bride" range, with horseradish, sundried tomatoes and black pepper or garlic.  Plus a Vegan  cheddar, Christmas hampers available in December with whiskey, porter, vintage and red wine waxed blocks... delicious.
