The Shed (Ballagh Farm Shop) is situated 4 kms from Ireland West Airport in Co Mayo. We pride ourselves on supplying the best of the best and the freshness that tastes really good. We source as much as possible from Irish sources, with organic veg coming mainly from French Park on the board with Mayo and Roscommon and the "corporate" veg, as we call it, coming from County Roscommon wholesaler. We support Irish products as much as we can.
The ethos of this Farm Shop is keep it local, we have made the connections of those individual artisan suppliers, butchers, bakers and brought them under one roof.
We supply veg boxes, packed by a husband and wife team, and if we won't eat it, we do not pack it into you box. It has to be the best for us, to sell to you.
Every Saturday our community meets up and drinks free tea and coffee and chat about the garden, world politics, solar power or any other topic that arises. The whole Farm Shop is about you, and gives everyone a safe space to chat, meet, chill, for a minute or an hour... the choice is yours.
